Prokolpo App

Agency margin without spreadsheet guesswork.

Prokolpo App connects hours, salaries, project budgets, and team capacity so operators at 10-100 person agencies can see margin drift while there is still time to act.

  • Connects hours, CTC, budgets, and utilization
  • Shows billable, productive, and total utilization together
  • Built for founder-led agencies before they hire RevOps

Prokolpo

প্রকল্প

Dream like a pro. Then build it.

Pro — someone who has mastered their craft. Kolpo — Bengali for dream. Not the kind you have while sleeping, but the kind that keeps you building.

Prokolpo is what happens when expertise meets ambition. A venture studio that dreams deliberately, then builds what should exist — for the communities the market forgot.

The ventures

What's next

The pipeline

More tools in development. Each one solves one sharp problem for small teams. We ship slowly on purpose.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Opra

Operations intelligence for multi-pod agencies.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Marge

Live margin intelligence — per client, per retainer, per hour.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Tier

Compensation and career-level intelligence for small teams.

Names will change. The problems won't.

The Prokolpo thesis

Most software is built for companies with 500 people and a VP of RevOps. We build for everyone else.

The software world has optimized itself for enterprise procurement. Twelve-seat minimums. Per-user pricing that punishes growth. Feature lists written for buyers, not users. Dashboards nobody reads.

Small teams — design studios, dev shops, boutique agencies — run on spreadsheets, gut feel, and heroics. Not because they lack discipline. Because the tools assume a scale they will never reach and don't want to.

“Dream like an expert. Then build it for the people the market forgot.”

Opinionated

We pick the right default and ship it. No 40-field configuration screens. No "coming soon in Enterprise."

Priced for your size

Flat tiers by org size and region. A Dhaka studio pays what a Dhaka studio can pay. A San Francisco studio pays what a San Francisco studio can pay.

Built for craft

Designers and developers use our tools. So we refuse to ship anything we wouldn't want to use ourselves.

Our operating principles

Five rules we don't break.

01

One problem per product.

Prokolpo App solves profitability. Opra solves operations. Marge solves margin. Tier solves compensation. None of them will ever become the others.

02

Small teams first.

If a feature only makes sense at 500+ headcount, we don't build it. Our customers are 10 to 100 people and that's the entire point.

03

Priced by reality.

Regional purchasing power pricing. A team in Dhaka, Jakarta, or Nairobi pays what a team in Dhaka, Jakarta, or Nairobi can pay.

04

Founding customers are forever.

Our first three organizations per product stay free forever. They built this with us. That's the deal.

05

No feature gating.

Every tier gets every feature. You pay for team size, not for the parts of the product we decided to hold hostage.

Who we build for

Rahim runs a 28-person design studio in Dhaka. He's the CEO, the head of sales, and the one who wakes up at 3am wondering if this month was profitable.

If you know Rahim — or you are Rahim — you're who Prokolpo exists for.

From the founder

I started Prokolpo because I kept finding the same pattern: real problems, ignored by the market because the people who have them don't look like enterprise buyers.

A 28-person agency in Dhaka that can't tell if last month was profitable. A family looking for a dignified marriage introduction that doesn't involve swiping. A junior designer who needs to learn AI orchestration but can't afford a $2,000 bootcamp.

These aren't niche problems. They're universal problems with niche pricing. Prokolpo exists to build the tools and services that should already exist — priced for the people who actually need them, shipped from Dhaka to everywhere.
